No sleep for the wicked (at least not until daylight)

Insomnia and migraines go hand in hand. As do disruption of sleep patterns and migraines. Sometimes the insomnia/sleep patterns cause the migraines. Sometimes it's the other way around.

I can't say which is happening currently...but I seem utterly unable to fall asleep before 3am lately, and utterly unable to get up before 1pm, once I fall asleep. It's a good thing that I'm not working at the moment.
