Comment to this message and I will assign you a letter of the alphabet. Then go to your journal and post a list of 10 words that begin with this letter and what they mean to you.
- O, a BPAL fragrance that I'd like to try. Described as "Amber and honey with a touch of vanilla."
- Osprey, a sort of bird of prey that I've always found fascinating and beautiful.
- Orangutan, a friendly and mellow looking sort of primate, and also, a Librarian.
- Oddball, something I've always felt myself to be. Most often in a good way.
- Oblivion, which sometimes seems like a very nice idea.
- Olive, a fruit and a color, both of which I enjoy.
- Oatmeal, which I used to enjoy a great deal. Haven't had any since my celiac diagnosis, as the consensus seems to be that it's impossible to get oats in the US that have not been contaminated by other grains (specifically wheat, barley or rye - the ones that cause problems for celiacs).
- Oboe, a woodwind instrument that has a strange, lonely and mournful sound, to my ear. Of course I adore oboe music.
- Open, a state in which I try to keep both mind and heart.
- O'Quinn, of course. My family surname. In theory, the name means that I'm a descendent of Conn of the Hundred Battles. Some days my immediate family all by itself seems to live up to that name, though mostly I enjoy them. Preferably from a distance.
