So, this winter I'm going to get prepared early...tomorrow I'm gonna buy a bunch of chicken wings, I've already got onion, parsley, garlic & ginger. And a marvelous stewpot. Tomorrow the smell of homemade chicken broth will be wafting throughout the building, and in the afternoon, I'll package it up for the freezer.
Anyone out there make chicken broth with any radically different ingredients than the ones I've listed? Got a favorite recipe, or do you just throw it all in the pot?
