Among other things, today I did the warm up and first cardio workout on one of the exersize dvds I have. Breathing was astonishingly easy - I didn't even think about it once! - and I broke a light sweat toward the end of the cardio segment. The hard part? My LEGS do not appear to have the kind of STAMINA I want/need. The second half of the cardio segment, they were too tired to bounce any of the steps at all, though I was able to (mostly) keep up.

I'm going to try to do one of the 20 minute yoga dvds tomorrow - my overall goal is to do *something* every day (at least during the week). Here's hoping I can stick to it.
