There's going to be a huge list of things I'm no longer able to eat. So I started today..instead of an egg & cheese croissant from Duncan Donuts, I had oatmeal and cottage cheese for breakfast. Lunch was a brown rice mix with melted cheese, and an assortment of bright steamed veggies. Still feeling a little munchy, I went downstairs & got a special coffee, along with 4 teeny little cheesecake bites in different flavors, that our cafeteria makes.
In a fit moment of pure insanity virtue, I peeled their wee little crusts off before eating them. Heh.
